Coming from the Passo del Brennero/Brenner Pass, take the A22 motorway to the Bolzano Sud/Bozen Süd exit. From there, continue on the Mebo expressway toward Merano/Meran and exit at Merano Sud/Meran Süd. Then follow the main road towards Merano/Meran. Just before reaching it, turn right and follow the signs for Scena/Schenna and Avelengo/Hafling to the Avelengo/Hafling high plateau. Drive through the village centre and take the last exit at the roundabout onto Hinterdorferweg street. After about 750 metres, turn left to reach Hotel Avelina.

Arriving via Passo Resia/Reschenpass, stay on the MEBO expressway until the Merano Sud/Meran Süd exit. Follow the signs for Avelengo/Hafling-Scena/Schenna to the Avelengo/Hafling high plateau. Pass through the village centre, then take the last exit at the roundabout onto Hinterdorferweg street. After about 750 metres, turn left to reach Hotel Avelina.

The quickest way to reach us by plane is via Bolzano airport, served by the airline Skyalps: www.skyalps.com. 
Skyalps offers direct flights from several European cities. From Bolzano airport, you can take the 10B bus line and transfer to line 204 to reach Hafling – or you can book an airport shuttle via www.suedtirolbus.de.

By bus and train: As soon as you’ve booked your holiday, we’ll send you a link to the digital guest map, which also contains all bus timetables. This way, you can easily plan your journey by public transport.

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be arriving after 8 p.m.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on your day of your departure.

All rates are per person and night and include half board. We also charge a local tourist tax of €3.10 per person and night, payable upon arrival. Children up to their 14th birthday are exempt from the local tax.

Children’s rates apply only if staying in a room with two full-paying adults.

Our prices adjust to the demand and occupancy. The earlier you book, the lower the price. This means that prices may be higher for last-minute requests.

For bed and breakfast stays, we offer an €8.00 discount.

A 30% surcharge applies for single occupancy.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and we have provided written confirmation (via email, fax, or letter).

A deposit of approximately 30% of the total rate will be charged.

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): Cancellations must be in writing. To avoid unpleasant costs in case of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We’re happy to assist you with it.

The Consumers’ Code doesn’t grant the right of withdrawal. However, we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation from the time of booking up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the deposit paid will be refunded or can be used for a later stay.
• Cancellation between 29 and 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total rate
• Cancellation within the last 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total rate
• In case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate per unused day

These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be rebooked in full or only in part. The same applies to early departure.

The bill can be settled in cash up to €5,000.00, by debit card, or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa).

Upon request, you can bring your pet on holiday with you. The Liebstöckel and Goldmelisse room categories are suitable for pets. We’ll charge an extra fee of €25.00 per day and animal (without food). Please note that pets aren’t allowed in the dining room, sauna area, or garden. As we only accommodate a limited number of dogs at a time, please let us know about your pet when making your enquiry. Owners are liable for any damage, therefore all dogs should be insured.

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout the whole hotel building.

You’re welcome to charge your electric car for a fee. You’ll receive a card at the reception to activate the hotel’s charging station.
