He believes fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients make all the difference. Together with his team, Markus always prepares each dish à la minute, ensuring the best flavour right before serving.

The names say it all ... and not just in our suites. Basil, sage, lemon balm, and other herbs also feature on your plates. What Markus doesn’t grow himself in our hotel’s own herb garden, he sources from nearby farms. South Tyrolean herbs are the heart and soul of all our dishes. Many of our dear guests say that once you’ve tasted it, you’ll keep coming back for more. After all, dining is a joy that brings people together, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than with those you love.
