• The rates are per person and night incl. half board. The rates do not include the local tax, which is payable upon departure and amounts to 2.20 € per person. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• For bed and breakfast, we offer a discount of 8.00 €.
• For single occupancy, a surcharge of 30% is applied.
• Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 8 p.m.
• We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
• A deposit of approximately 30% of the travel price will be charged.
• A reservation becomes valid only after written confirmation from us (e-mail, fax, or letter).
• Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
• To avoid unnecessary costs in case of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We will be glad to assist you.
• All children’s prices and discounts apply only when there are at least two full-paying adults in the room.
• Upon request, you can bring your pet with you (double room Arnika, Suite Enzian). A flat-rate of 20.00 € will be charged per day and animal (without food). Please understand that pets are not allowed in the dining area, sauna area, and garden area.
• For your comfort, smoking is forbidden in the entire house.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, EC card, debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
• Electric car charging station: You are welcome to charge your car with us for a fee. You will receive a card at the reception to activate the charging station.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Italian Consumers' Code does not apply; however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation conditions:

• From the time of booking to 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the already paid deposit will be reimbursed or can be used for a later holiday.
• From 29 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• From 2 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
• In case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used.

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are refilled in whole or in part. The same applies in case of early departure.
